Abstract

The thesis is devoted to personnel resources area, especially in particular motivation and satisfaction of employees in an unnamed joint-stock company. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of the issue, the personnel department and its activities, human resources management, motivation and satisfaction of employees. In the practical part is introduced the organization, the hypothesis set and the form of a questionnaire survey is conducted on the motivation and satisfaction of employees. From the obtained results were made possible suggestions and recommendations.
