Analýza procesu nákupu ve společnosti Biocel Paskov, a. s.

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the issue of the purchase process from theoretical and practical point of view and analyze legal aspects of business operations related with purchase activities in Biocel Paskov a. s.

The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first chapter there is described the analyzed company, including an assessment of financial health on the basis of financial analysis. The second chapter is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of thesis I deal with the issue of the purchase process according the technical literature. In the practical part there are combined theoretical knowledge with practice in Biocel Paskov a. s. There is described purchase process of the analyzed company. The third chapter is focused on the legal regulation of three different business cases from practice.
