Abstract
This master thesis is based on two internships in the German company Hempel Elekromaschinenbau, which provides vibrodiagnostics in the factories as an external company. Beginning of the thesis deals with the description of the source of vibrations, their measuring and signal process theory. The master thesis is focused especially on vibration measuring and reporting, which are two fundamental parts of the technical maintenance. In the vibrodiagnostic one must define which parameters are relevant and important and therefore should be measured. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the most common damages of the machinery equipment are described. The whole thesis is focused on a frequency analysis of the vibration spectrums. Description of the damages includes also the images of frequency spectrums. However, sometimes is the frequency analysis not sufficient, therefore are given measuring alternatives. The second part of the thesis is focused on practical view of the actual measuring methods in the vibrodiagnostics. Here are described two ways of data collecting and how to measure during the route measurement. Real measurements of machinery equipment follow, where the damages have been found. Analysis and reporting of the spectrums are based on theoretical part, especially on the part where the connections between frequencies of the spectrums were explained. In the measured examples, the importance of the vibrodiagnostics is explained, especially frequency analysis. In the end of the thesis, the future and possible potential of the vibrodiagnostics is explained.
