The subject of the diploma thesis is a structural analysis of the real estate market with a focus on the industrial sector. The matter is to acquaint the readers with all the central actors involved in important processes and having major impact on the development of the industrial market. My goal was to clarify the overall situation of all premium logistics parks in the Czech Republic. I analyzed the historical development of industrial areas, their vacancy, and rental prices, all in relation to the Covid 19 pandemic. With the help of a Delphi study, I verified my conclusions with experts and gained valuable opinions on the future development of the situation.
