Příprava a charakterizace kompozitního materiálu na bázi tenkého filmu a nanovlákenné vrstvy z kyseliny hyaluronové

Abstract

Native hyaluronic acid or its derivatives can be prepared in various morphological forms to enhance its key properties. By a combination of these forms it is possible to eliminate partial shortcomings and achieve a remarkable synergy. The aim of this diploma thesis was to prepare composite materials consisting of a native hyaluronic acid nanofibrous layer containing an active substance and a thin film based on its hydrophobized derivatives. Such a material could be used, for instance, as a wound dressing. Various composite materials were prepared by combining thin films based on different hyaluronic acid derivatives and nanofibrous layers containing different model (fluorescent) active substances while various preparation methods were tested. Different properties, primarily the adhesion between the two forms and the behaviour of the active substance under moist conditions were analysed by the T-PEEL test and the confocal fluorescence microscopy, respectively. To conclude, the optimal combination of the materials and the preparation method were selected to obtain a composite material with sufficient adhesion for standard manipulation and desired behavioural properties of the active substances.
