Hospodaření a zadluženost města Olomouce

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the overall level of indebtedness, its development and impact on future management options of Olomouc, assessing the need to take steps to regulate the economy, thus reducing overall debt. The management of a municipal debt is seen as near-term and in the context of similar regional cities. To achieve the goals of this work are used descriptive methods, methods of analysis and method of synthesis of the findings. To verify the hypotheses of the work is applied method of mathematical calculation, which is then interpreted. Taking into account all the information that was in the context of the analysis and evaluation of the management of Olomouc shown in this work, it can be said that despite the relatively high overall debt the city will be able to meet its current obligations. The result is that is not necessary to adopt additional measures. The negative impact of the current level of debt to future economic development is unquestionable. The current level of implementation of large investment projects will reduce possibility of investment loans in the future.
