Kalibrace kolopásového profilu v podmínkách VUHŽ a.s.

Abstract

Submitted final work discuss about technology of production hot rolling. It also talk about profile roll pass design issues in grooved cylinders and describes roll pass design work procedure. Content of this work is suggestion grooves series of the symmetrical profile which after insertion basic input parameter and total elongation factor will be systematic processed by individual groove‘s shapes with detailed description of progression billet shape. Individual pass in grooves are supply appropriate partial calculation. Work also evaluate the result of proposed roll pass design and engagement test solved profile.
