Analýza produktivity práce zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The presented work contains an overview of used methods of evaluation of work performance and employee productivity in company XYZ s.r.o. The theoretical part explains specific methods of measuring productivity and viewpoints of individual metrics. Based on the selection and application of measurement methods, controlled interviews and questionnaire surveys carried out in the practical part, the results are evaluated. The facts and results are the basis for recommending proposals and measures to improve the objectivity of labor productivity measurement and employee evaluation.
