Abstract

The aim of the thesis entitled „Preparation of Strategic Analysis of a Manufacturing Organization“ is based on the strategic analysis in an organization assess current firm´s market position, financial health, overall stability and prepare recommendations for possible solutions to problem areas. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes explanations of basic terms of strategic management and also describes various methods of strategic analysis. In practical part is selected methods applied to the selected organization. After evaluating strategic analysis are proposed recommendations for eventual improvement.
