Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika aktuální týmové spolupráce v konkrétním sportovním klubu z pohledu aktivního hráče. Jejím cílem je poté posouzení úrovně této spolupráce a formulace doporučení ke zlepšení. V rámci teoretické části se věnujeme definici týmu a jeho odlišnosti od pracovních skupin, důležitosti existence společného týmového cíle, komunikaci v týmu, týmové spolupráci a také dalším aspektům, které souvisejí s efektivní kooperací lidí v týmu. Závěr teoretické části diplomové práce je zaměřen na techniky týmové práce, které jsou následně v praktické části využívány při hlubším poznávání týmu uvnitř sportovního oddílu. V praktické části diplomové práce se snažíme pomocí dotazníkového šetření posoudit úroveň týmové spolupráce v konkrétním týmu a na základě definování problémů skrze techniky týmové spolupráce, navrhnout doporučení, která by mohla vylepšit týmovou spolupráci v konkrétním sportovním týmu.

The issue of teamwork in a sport club from the perspective of an active player is the topic of this diploma thesis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess the level of the teamwork and to formulate recommendations for improvement. Theoretical part focuses on the definition of team and its differences from the working groups, the importance of the existence of a common team goal, the communication in the team, teamwork in general and also other aspects related to effective cooperation of people in the team. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with teamwork techniques which are implemented in the practical part of this thesis when understanding and observing the team. In the practical part, the thesis tries to assess the level of teamwork in the team using a questionnaire survey. By means of teamwork techniques the thesis defines problems and subsequently suggests recommendations that could lead to teamwork improvement in the sport club.
