Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the development of documentation for the execution of the project in canteen Uničov. This is a basement, part two-storey building, whose support system is mounted longitudinal skeleton. The roof of the building is flat. The building is composed of two materials, the first cube is only one-storey restaurant, a kitchen, supply, warehouse, kitchen facilities and restrooms for guests. The second cube has two floors, there is a private dining room for guests. The preparation of this work preceded Project I and Project II.
