Abstract
The aim of this the master thesis is to analyze the determinants of mortgage loans. The thesis consist to theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is targer on general characteristics of the mortgage loan and real estate marker.
The practical part includes an analysis of determinants using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). He established a model that showed how the factors can influence the volume of provided mortgage loans.
