Analýza a komparace dvou fotbalových klubů

Abstract

The main aim of my bachelor work "The analysis and the comparison of 1st FC Slovácko and FC Zbrojovka Brno " is to analyse the exist clubs in light of management, football academy of young people and sponsoring. The bachelor work is divided in a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part there are introduced basic concepts and the adumbration of the exist problems.In the practical part there is introduced the analysis of the present state of both clubs, the analysis of the football academy of young people, the advertisement and sponsoring and SWOT analysis of clubs which relates to it.Then there is introduced the interview with managers of both clubs. Another aim of this bachelor work is the comparison of clubs in light of economy, in light of the player staff and the foul territory of the exist club.
