Vzorkování odpadů po důlní činnosti

Abstract

Sampling is an integral part of the industry where the quality of input and output raw materials and materials is determined. It also plays an important role in the environment, where it determines its quality and pollution. Proper sampling is not an easy matter, especially when it comes to sampling dumps. The dumps were created after mining activities, where the waste from the mining, i.e. spoil, was deposited. In the Ostrava region, Heřmanice dump was one of the largest and most problematic in its area, as it is still undergoing endogenous burning. The aim of this work was to compile a suitable methodology for sampling of Heřmanice dump and to find out the approximate composition of the dump by means of analyses.
