Abstract

Abstract This thesis deals with the solution of the location in TRINITI BRNO, focusing on the design of a new multifunctional building, an integrated green space, and the reconstruction of the adjacent viaduct. The project aims to create a vibrant recreational area that enhances the urban environment of Brno. The primary concept is the transformation of the former railway and traffic-dominated zone into a dynamic, palatial urban structure. Through its form and function, the design seeks to establish a representative and accessible transition between the historic city centre and the surrounding suburban areas, contributing to the city's sustainable development and urban renewal.
