Posouzení dokumentace BOZP ve vybraném podniku s HČ a ČPHZ s návrhem na její aktualizaci

Abstract

V této diplomové práci posuzuji dokumentaci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v podniku Silnice Morava s.r.o., Kamenolom Tisová Kajlovec ve smyslu platné legislativy ČR. Diplomová práce by se dala rozdělit na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou číst tvoří dvě témata, která obsahují výpis zákonů, vyhlášek, nařízení vlády a základní povinnosti zaměstnavatele vztahující se k bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci. V části praktické jsou obsažena čtyři témata, která popisují charakteristiku podniku, dokumentaci vybraného podniku dle poskytnutých materiálů, zhodnocení této dokumentace ve vztahu k zákonným povinnostem zaměstnavatele s návrhem na doplnění dle platné legislativy.

In this thesis I evaluate the documentation of occupational health and safety in the enterprise Silnice Morava s.r.o. Kamenolom Tisová - Kajlovec under the terms of the valid legislation of Czech Republic. The thesis could be divided into theoretical and practical part. The teoretical part consists of two themes, that contain listing of laws, regulations, government regulations and basic obligations of the employer relating to occupational health and safety. The practical part contains of four themes, that describe the characteristics of the enterprise, documentation of the selected enterprise according to provided materials, hereafter in relation to the legal obligations of the employer with a suggestion how to supplement it under the terms of valid legislation.
