Abstract

The subject of this thesis is development of project documentation for the construction works on Multifunctional building near the town hall (its selected part) situated in city borough Slezská Ostrava. The basis for the processing of this documentation were urban study (ATT III.), architectural study (ATT IV.) and the documentation for building permission (ATT Va.). Urban design responds for other buildings, which are situated mostly separately from each other. The new designed buildings are situated near the town hall and also around new designed square. The mass of the object smoothly connects different leves of the land. It´s not used only as a communication space, but also as a place for entertainment, shopping and social activities.
