Analýza vybraného CRM systému

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused to an analyze of a system RAYNET CRM. In the thesis is processed a summary of a results an analyses of cases studies, where the aim is reveal a potential weakness and then an area for improvement and development of this system. In the practical part is on the specific subject, how this case study does and evaluate. The aim of the thesis is compare a real acquisitions CRM with an acquisition, which are interpreted in a literature and use a results case studies for next progression RAYNET CRM, to be careful to a requirement of a customers.
