Modernizace úpravnické technologické linky - lom Kaplice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o modernizaci technologické linky lomu Kaplice. Zabývá se možnostmi modernizace a porovnáním jednotlivých předložených variant. Je rozdělena do pěti základních kapitol, které jsou rozčleněny dále na několik podkapitol. Předně vymezí a představí zájmovou oblast, které se modernizace týká, uvede specifika ložiska a postupně představí jednotlivé části současného technologického celku. V další kapitola se zabývá různými návrhy modernizace a zdůvodněním, proč k realizaci některých návrhů nedošlo. Samostatná podkapitola je věnována, jako stěžejní část práce, vítězné variantě modernizace technologického celku, a to rekonstrukci primárního uzlu lomu Kaplice. Diplomová práce je zakončena částí technicko-ekonomického zhodnocení, kde jsou uvedeny hlavní aspekty vyhodnocení výběru dodavatelské firmy dvou hlavních technologických strojů.

This diploma thesis encapsulates the modernization of line technology of the Quarry located in Kaplice, Czech Republic. It deals with the possible methods of modernization and compares each predetermined variation. It is divided into 5 main chapter each with their respective subchapters. First, the thesis delineates and introduces the location of interest, which is the subject of the modernization. Then, it specifies a particular aspects and presents the individual parts of the technological whole. The subsequent chapter focuses on the various proposals for the course of the modernization and rationalizes why some of the proposals were not implemented. The subsequent subchapter is dedicated to the most successful and accepted modernization proposal of the technological whole, which is the reconstruction of the primary sector of the Quarry in Kaplice. The diploma thesis is finalized with the technical and economic evaluation of the supply companies of 2 main technological machines.
