Abstract
The aim of this work was eliminated the human factor regarding measuring and maintaining a stable concentration in sump for cooling of rolls intended for rolling round steel. The theoretical part of this work was made sensors analysis useful for this purpose. The practical part was aimed at the choice of sensor, which was the suitable for this purpose with performed calculations associated with the determination of the emulsion concentration.
