Analýza finančního zdraví podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční zdraví firmy GANEKO, spol. s r. o. a porovnává její situaci s konkurenty SK mont NJ, spol. s r. o. a STS-V Opava s. r.o. Úvodní část patří společnosti GANEKO, konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na její historii, předmět podnikání, partnery či sortiment podniku. Dále jsem stručně charakterizovala konkurenty, které mi doporučil managament firmy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na finanční analýzu. S pomocí odborné literatury jsem popsala např. data potřebná pro analýzu, konkrétní ukazatele (rentability, aktivity či likvidity) a také zvolené bonitní a bankrotní modely. Teorii jsem poté použila v aplikační části. Ta se skládá především z tabulek, ve kterých jsou znázorněny výpočty a výsledky jednotlivých ukazatelů a také modelů. GANEKO dosahovalo dobrých výsledků, a to i v porovnání s konkurenty, proto nebylo potřeba uvádět příliš mnoho doporučení. Problémový je pouze rok 2009, ve kterém se projevila světová hospodářská krize. Podnik momentálně nemá příliš na výběr a musí se spoléhat na celosvětové zlepšení ekonomické situace. Závěrem jsem celou práci shrnula. Finanční zdraví společnosti GANEKO je dobré, své dva konkurenty předčí, ovšem musí se před nimi mít na pozoru, neboť ani jejich výsledky nejsou špatné. V současnosti by se vedení podniku mělo snažit o přežití společnosti a po odeznění krize může pokračovat v dalším rozvoji.

Diploma thesis evaluates the financial health of company GANEKO, spol. s r. o. and compares its situation with competitors SK mont NJ, spol. s r. o. and STS-V Opava s. r. o. Introductory section handles about GANEKO company, its history, subject of enterprise, partners and range of goods. Then I briefly characterized the competitors, who were recommended me by the management of the company. The theoretical part focuses on financial analysis. With the help of literature I described for example necessary data for analysis, specific indicators (profitability, liquidity or activity) and chosen bankruptcy models. Then I used the theory in the application part, which consists mainly of tables, where the calculations and the results of the indicators and models are illustrated. GANEKO attained good results, even in comparison with the competitors, therefore there was no need to specify too many recommendations. Only 2009 year was troubled because of the global economic crisis. The company has currently no other choice and must rely on global improvement of economic situation. Finally I summarized the whole work. GANEKO's financial health is good, it exceeds its two rivals, but it must be on the alert, because even their results are not bad. Presently the management should strive for survival of the company and after the ending of the crisis it may continue with further development.
