Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with elaboration of project documentation of health center, design of heating, ventilation design and economic evaluation. The project is a proposal of a health center with three above-ground floors. The work is divided into four parts. In the first part of the project a building part is proposed, the second part is designed for heating, in the third part is designed ventilation and in the fourth part of the diploma thesis is economic evaluation. The construction part of the diploma thesis consists of the design of constructions and the elaboration of project documentation of the construction. Heating is designed as a floor heating. The heat source will be a gas condensing boiler and solar panels, which will also serve for the preparation of hot water. Ventilation will be solved as forced with heat recovery system. At the end of the work will be economic evaluation.
