Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of inventory management in an industrial enterprise. The author of the work Efficient Energy Technology s.r.o, which is based in Senica na Hané and deals with the production and renovation of pressure vessels, the production of heat exchangers and steam generators. The aim of the thesis was based on a review of literature and explanation of the general model of inventory management in industrial enterprises: characterize the process of inventory management in Efficient Energy Technology Ltd., analyze and assess the inventory management process in Efficient Energy Technology s.r.o. and identify options for improving the practiced inventory management model at Efficient Energy Technology s.r.o.
