Abstract

My diploma thesis is devoted to the management of change, how managers should make changes in the organization, how would you convince not only lead, but also their employees that change is something good and even desirable, and that the amendments would not be afraid. The theoretical part deals are procedures to manage change, the process of what to change, its actual causes, current trends in change management and other issues related to change management in companies. The practical part is to describe and evaluate the significance of the change process at Czech Savings Bank, Inc. on the basis of the investigation carried out by the method of questioning was conducted to evaluate whether the process for implementing changes or ideally could be implemented a little better. Furthermore, propose recommendations on how the process in the future may improve the Czech Savings Bank.
