Využití vinařství v cestovním ruchu města Velké Bílovice

Abstract

In my work I focus on the analysis of wine tourism in the largest wine village of Velke Bilovice. This type of tourism in recent years become a major phenomenon, attracting tourists, as demonstrated by the increasing number of visitors in destinations with a range of attractions and services. Vintner's tourism continues to evolve, service providers to market with new product offerings for tourists who are striving to promote and strive to eliminate all weaknesses and threats that would implement these products in any way compromised or threatened. At the beginning of the work devoted to tourism, from a theoretical perspective, here are the definitions and terminology. Then I mention the wine, its historical development and current status. At the end of this section I present information about Jihomoravsky kraj and the district of Breclav, where in addition to general information, I present the statistical data. The practical part is already acquainted the reader with the cities of Velke Bilovice its rich history, monuments, cultural events and of course also mention the current state wineries. I have conducted an analysis of the occupancy capacity of accommodation facilities and visitor profile analysis of wine events, in which I evaluate the impact of wine tourism in Velke Bilovice. In the end I raised several measures that would lead to the potential development of tourism in the city.
