Finanční analýza ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

In this diploma thesis I will examine the financial analysis of OKD a.s. company which is the only company in the Czech Republic engaged in coal mining, in years 2009-2013. In the theoretical part, the selected company will be described. This is followed by a description of methods and tools of financial analysis used in the practical part. To determine the financial health of the company, vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios, pyramidal system of indicators and creditworthy and bankruptcy models were used. In conclusion, the results of conducted analyses will be summarized.
