Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje nelékařského personálu ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the education and development of the non-medical staff in the Faculty Hospital in Ostrava. The first section focuses on the description of the concepts associated with the employees’ education and development, the second one is focused on the introduction of the Faculty Hospital in Ostrava Company. The last section includes the analysis of the education and development process of the non-medical staff as well as the recommendations and suggestions. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the education of non-medical personnel in order to identify deficiencies and to introduce proposals and recommendations which would be beneficial to society. For this purpose the methods of written and oral interview were used. In conclusion are introduced the possible solutions contributing to the improvement of education and development process in the Faculty Hospital in Ostrava.
