Abstract

The topic of the thesis is Evaluation of the Competitiveness of the Engineering Company. The aim of this work evaluation of the Competitiveness of the Engineering Company using selected methods, finding new ways to increase competitiveness, detection of vulnerabilities that could result in negative development company. First, the theoretical-methodological section covers the basic concepts of competition and competitiveness, approaches and some methods that will be applied to the selected entity. The application part is first introduced XYZ company, including its portfolio of activities. Furthermore, the specified methods and analyzes that were used for the analysis of the competitiveness of a particular enterprise. On the basis of the methods and analyzes made a summary and recommendations to improve the ability to compete and withstand other companies in the market.
