Abstract
The main topic and goal of this bachelor thesis is to review the current education system and the staff knowledge level in the selected, unnamed company, suggest possible improvements, recommendations and improvement of the process. This bachelor thesis is divided in two basic parts, first part is about theoretical level and the second describes the current state of the education system. The theoretical part deals with the issue of adult education, focusing on internal training of employees in connection with the practical part, which provides a brief information about the company at the beginning and then describes the current organizational structure and training process. In the practical part, a questionnaire enquiry was used, which employees of an unnamed company could fill out anonymously. According to the results, theoretical background and analysis of the current situation, recommendations for improvement were proposed.
