The content of this Bachelor Thesis is worked out into two parts. The first, therefore, theoretical part is devoted to the banking system, its division. The second part is devoted to individual concepts with which a client can come across when applying for a mortgage. Furthermore, I carried out a selection process of banks, where potential clients will apply for a mortgage and calculated which bank offered the most advantageous conditions. It is possible to use this Bachelor Thesis in the baking sector, for employees, who deal with mortgages, or for clients who are deciding for a mortagage.
