Abstract

The thesis is focused on remediation of prefab hause T06 B. The aim of remediation is to attain energy savings for heating. Create a vision of reconstruction of cladding and balconies.

In the thesis there is also included a draft of core reconstruction, that should take a place step by step in all the flats, that are situated in the prefab.

In the part of the building construction I focus on the comparison of the current state of the panel house and the state after the reconstruction. Technological part focuses on the technological methods that are used for a core reconstruction, including the budget and work schedule. The end of the thesis is focused on Occupational safety and health on the construction site.
