Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with legislation, accounting, taxation and financing of sports clubs. In the first chapter, I focused on the description and comparison of the selected profit and for-profit sports clubs. The second chapter was divided into two parts where the first part analyzes the accounting and in the second part of the sporting clubs. The third chapter was devoted to the financing of sports clubs as possible ways of funding and a separate analysis of the selected team - HC VÍTKOVICE STEEL, joint-stock company.
