Abstract

This thesis on „Improving employee benfits in the Czech Refining company, Inc.“ Introduces the issue of financial and nonfinancial compensation. I describe a system and category of evaluation and remuneratation, with major attention to remuneration in kind of bonuses and their importance for society. In the following section I deal with basic characteristics and structure of empooyee benefits at my choosen company. Another chalenge is to analyze the individual´s remuneration for the years period 2000 - 2009. Based on the review of the literature and information obtained, I evaluate the existing employee benefits and suggest possible improvements in the final stage.
