Abstract

The thesis deals with issues connected to the collection of social insurance and contribution to the state policy of employment. The Czech Social Security Administration is the biggest and trully exceptional financial body of the Czech administration. It functions as a modern office and the administrator of social insurance. The social insurance that is collected makes up 35 per cent of the state budget.
