Demografický vývoj v České republice a jeho dopad na systém starobních důchodů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of the demographical development on the system of old-age pensions in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the social policy and with the system of pensions (in general and in context of the Czech Republic), which give a theoretical base to the rest of the work. The second part deals with the current demographical development (approx. since 1950 – 2011) and its predictions until year 2065. The last part of the work deals with the incomes and expenses in the system of old-age pensions and on the basis of the demographical development outlines in a simplified way how may this problem develop in the future. On the basis of the future development the work provides a recommendation for changes (possible solution), which are necessary for a long-term sustainability of this system.
