Životní cyklus vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění momentální situace společnosti PEKOS, s.r.o. a doporučení pro zlepšení její stávající situace. První část práce popisuje životní cyklus podniku, dále navazují metody analýzy životního cyklu a rozbor vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. PEST analýza identifikuje makroprostředí a SWOT analýza odhalí silné a slabé stránky společnosti. K zjištění pravděpodobnosti bankrotu je použit model Tafflerův index a bankrotní index IN05. Následuje popis analýzy absolutních ukazatelů a analýzy poměrových ukazatelů. V další části je charakterizován samotný profil společnosti PEKOS, s.r.o., její historie a předmět podnikání. Na základě účetní rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty za sledované období je provedena vertikální a horizontální analýza aktiv. Data jsou zpracována z veřejně dostupných účetních výkazů z let 2006 - 2015. Následně je vypracována analýza pomocí poměrových ukazatelů rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity. Z výsledných analýz vyplývá, že finanční situace podniku není příznivá. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení celkové situace a doporučení kroků ke zlepšení a stability a rozvoje podniku.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the current situation of PEKOS, s.r.o. And recommendations for improving its current situation. The first part describes the lifecycle of the company followed by methods of life cycle analysis and analysis of the external and internal environment. PEST analysis identifies the macro environment and SWOT analysis reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the company. To determine the probability of bankruptcy, the Taffler index and the IN05 bank index are used. The following is a description of the analysis of absolute indicators and the analysis of ratios. The next part is characterizes the profile of the PEKOS, s.r.o. company, its history and subject of business. Based on the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement over the reporting period, a vertical and a horizontal asset analysis is performed. Data are processed from publicly available financial statements from 2006 to 2015. Subsequently, an analysis is made using ratios of indicators of profitability, activity, indebtedness and liquidity. The resulting analysis shows that the financial situation of the company is not favorable. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on assessing the overall situation and recommending steps to improve, stabilize and develop the company.
