Abstract

The topic of the thesis is quality control of the construction on the building of a apartment building. The work is focused on quality control systems plaster, tiles and flooring used in residential construction. The text part focuses on the description of the implementation of activities, list of commonly used materials and contains examples of errors in the implementation of these works. The emphasis is on technology implementation, quality requirements and quality control of the work performed, including procedures and control mechanisms. The thesis includes a apartment building project documentation, itemized budget and work schedule.
