Abstract
The thesis is focused on the economic evaluation of insulation of the selected object – the block if flats in Bílina. The aim of this investment was to reduce the energy consumption and the heating costs. It describes the benefits of insulation affecting the quality of housing. This action is assessed by using the evaluation methods of the investment.
