Mateřská škola ve Frenštátu pod Radhoštěm – vytápění

Abstract

Student B.Sc. Štěpán Sležka, studying at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, the study program N0732A260007 Civil Engineering - Construction Environment, deals in his diploma thesis with heating in a kindergarten located in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The title of the diploma thesis is: Kindergarten in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm – heating. The language of preparation: Czech. The diploma thesis is conceived as project documentation for building construction, with subsequent heating design, according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [3] as amended. The goal was to design a simple building from both an architectural and structural point of view. The emphasis would be placed on the size of the rooms, they are designed not only construction-technical and hygienic requirements, but also practical requirements. During the proces of architectural design, the priority was given to the functionality and durability of the building. The effort was to eliminate the appearance of critical details, and common and commonly available building materials were used. The structural design of the building takes into account the possibility of future investments in the development of the building, either in the form of a partial extension or the installation of technologies such as HVAC or PV. During the design, great emphasis was placed on the size of living and hygienic spaces for raising children. The living room is designed as a multifunctional space for children's education, meals and rest. The size and frequency of window openings and the orientation of the living spaces to the cardinal points is such that the best possible daylight is achieved. The clear height of the rooms is also sufficient for natural ventilation. The heating systém si hot water heating system using radiators and floor convectors. Convectors are designed in living areas of playrooms and social facilities for children, in order to increase the usable floor area of these rooms. The heat source for heating and hot water preparation is the ATMOS D25PX gasification boiler, which burns wood pellets. The heating system is regulated by the qualitative equithermal regulation ACD 03. The diploma thesis is divided into two sections with appendices. The construction part, which contains: accompanying report, summary technical report, architectural-construction technical report and drawing part in the scope for the needs of the heating design, is solved gradually. Furthermore, the technology of the building environment is dealt with, which includes: a technical report and a drawing part dealing with heating. It also includes an assessment of daylighting and sun exposure of selected rooms, energy labels and energy certificates of designed buildings.
