Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed to the system of education and development of public administration staff; specifically it shows the situation at the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. The work analyzes questions of public administration and the area dealing with the human resource management and employees´ education. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of education at the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic from 2007 to 2009, types of education and education costs. The other part is aimed to the comparison of the education at the Ministry of Interior of the CR and other ministries and public organizations in the Czech Republic. There are also suggestions and recommendations for system of education at the Ministry of Interior of the CR applied in the work.
