Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on questions of employee recruitment and selection in Biocel Paskov. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledges, the second part to the characteristics of the organization and analysis of the current state of recruitment and selection of emploees in Biocel Paskov company. The aim of this thesis is to draw up suggestions and improvements based on theoretical and practical knowledges. These proposals may eliminate the absences in personnel activity and may enhance competitiveness of the firm. These proposals are contained at the close of this thesis.
