The thesis deals with the problems of water supply network. Using Facility Management, the management of water lines can improve and optimize their costs time and money. Thesis deals with the technical evaluation, which is related to maintenance and durability vododních networks applied to the municipality Žabeň. Recapitulates the passport concept and its relationship to the water supply from the water supply to individual connections. The aim of this thesis is to create a passport and an assessment of the technical state of the water supply network in selected localities. By creating a passport will streamline and improve the quality of documentation, which is the main goal of optimization.
