Abstract
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of partial construction
execution documentation for a detached single-family house. The building is located on
plot No. 2688 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava, and the documentation is
elaborated in compliance with the valid Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of
buildings.
The basis for this bachelor's thesis was an architectural study developed in the
Ateliérová tvorba I course (winter semester of the 2023/2024 academic year) under the
supervision of Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. This study was later revised and expanded in the
Ateliérová tvorba V course (winter semester of 2025/2026) under the same supervision,
and subsequently refined in cooperation with Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D., a consultant from
the Department of Civil Engineering.
