Abstract

The goal of my bachelor work was to design CRM system for a company named Idealine Solutions s.r.o.. Before the design and creation of IS I have studied the due literature, so that I could understand the given problem. Further I have analyzed the current state of the company for better understanding of insufficiencies and their solution in the design. Before the very own creation, I have consulted with the company cases of use of the given system that I analyzed with the help of UML and the diagram USE CASE. The very own proposal, I created in the Zoho Creator environment that met the requirements of the company. The whole course of the creation of IS was consulted with the company, so that I could dynamically react on the suggestions and thus comply with the requirements. The major contribution of CRM for the company Idealine Solutions s.r.o. is to make the work easier for its employees, clarification of information about customers and their relationship with the company, sharing of information on-line. These contributions should improve the relationships with its customers into the future.
