Využití Operačního programu Životní prostředí pro revitalizaci území na příkladu vybraného projektového záměru

Abstract

One of the priorities of the European Union is the protection of nature and the environment, which is co-financed in the Czech Republic under the Operational Programme Environment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is an identification of the Operational Programme Environment, elaboration of the project plan aimed at the revitalization of the territory in the cadastral area of the town of Valašské Meziříčí and selection of a real challenge that will meet the assignment of the project intent. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters, the second to the fourth chapter devoted to the main task of bachelor thesis. The second chapter defines the basic concepts of environment and revitalization, environmental protection policy in the Czech Republic, institutions and organizations dealing with environmental protection and framework for environmental protection in the Czech Republic. In the third chapter, the Operational Programme Environment is identified, the individual priority axes and financing for the programming period 2014-2020 are described. The fourth chapter describes a model project plan for a project of revitalization of the Huťský lesík locality, located in the cadastral area of the town of Valašské Meziříčí. The project plan has been created based on the real call for proposals from the Operational Programme Environment. The aim of the project is to enhance the ecological stability of the landscape by means of revitalization, by enhancing the species composition of the vegetation, creating shelter for wildlife and making the locality available to the public as a place of rest, relaxation and ecological education through the creation of a nature trail and educational boards.
