Abstract

This thesis deals with the basic terms related to advertisement and radio broadcasting, legal and illegal regulation of advertisement, regulatory authorities and surreptitious advertisement in radio broadcasting. The main purpose of this thesis is a comprehensive view on the issue of advertising in radio broadcasting and its regulation. Comparison of differences between public and private radio broadcasts, the price differences between advertising space offered by the representatives of the most listened all-over stations in dual broadcasting system as well as legal and non-legal regulations of this media are considered partial aims. Surreptitious advertisement in radio broadcasting is dealt with only marginally considering it as one of unfair business practice, supported by examples of practice.
