Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of use of the internal Kanban system in the company STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o. and suggest its streamlining.
The theoretical part deals with the theoretical definition of the KANABN system and logistics, internal logistics and lean logistics methods that support internal logistics.
The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of the internal KANBAN system, the means used for KANBAN, such as the KANABN type, handling equipment, storage systems, material flows, workplace layout and evaluation tools in the conditions of STEELTEC CZ, s.r.o..
