Automatizace vybraných supply chain procesů s využitím technologie elektronické výměny dat

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout procesní mapu implementace technologie EDI použitelnou pro společnosti, které plánují implementovat EDI jako vlastní řešení. V rámci teoretické části jsou definována základní východiska zkoumané problematiky, od obecného představení supply chain managementu po vymezení technologie EDI. Praktická část se zabývá zmapováním úspěšné implementace EDI na globální úrovni ve všech závodech vybrané společnosti. Na základě těchto poznatků je dále v práci formulován srozumitelný průvodce implementace technologie EDI v společnosti v podobě procesní mapy.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design a process map for the implementation of technology EDI applicable to companies that intend to implement EDI as their own solution. In the framework of the theoretical part, the basic starting points of the researched issue are defined, from the general introduction to the supply chain management to the definition of EDI technology. The practical part deals with the description of the successful implementation of EDI at the global level in all plants of the selected company. On the basis of these findings, an implementation guide to the implementation of EDI technology in the company in the form of process maps is defined.
