Faktory ovlivňující rodinné podnikání v sektoru hotelnictví

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the company Iberia Trade s.r.o., which is a family business and operates in the hotel sector. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of family business and its other contexts. The concept of business from the point of view of the hotel industry is also explained. Furthermore, analytical methods and models are theoretically defined, which are then applied in the application part of the work on a selected company. The last chapter summarizes the factors affecting family business in the hotel sector, which were revealed by the application of methods to a selected company.
