Zhodnocení výdajů na vzdělávání a odměňování zaměstnanců vybrané nemocnice

Abstract

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is the state and progress evaluation of the “Nemocnice Valašské Meziříčí a.s.” education and reword system expenses of the specialized employees for the time period 2012 – 2016. This thesis also attends to the hospitals status within the healthcare system, structuring of the hospitals and their funding. Secondary target was to identify economic operation context of the hospitals and to introduce the structure and the reward system of the employees of the “Nemocnice Valašské Meziříčí ”. Conclusion part of the thesis assets the set education and reward system of the employees of the “Nemocnice Valašské Meziříčí a.s.”.
